Terms of use
UKSEX · uksex.net · Adults 18+ only
1. The service
UKSEX is an online adult classifieds platform for England. Users publish their own ads and messages. We provide hosting and tools; we do not arrange meetups or escort services ourselves.
2. Age
You must be at least 18 years old to use UKSEX. By entering the site you confirm you are 18+. We may suspend accounts that fail age checks.
3. Your content
You are responsible for ads, photos, messages and any claims you make. Do not post illegal content, non-consensual imagery, underage material, scams, malware or stolen personal data. We may remove content and ban accounts that break these rules.
4. Meetups & money
Any meetup, payment or arrangement is solely between users. UKSEX is not a party to those deals and is not liable for disputes, no-shows or offline harm. Stay safe and use common sense.
5. Accounts
Keep your login details private. Premium, verification and paid features follow the prices and limits shown at checkout. Abusing the site (spam, bots, mass scraping) may get you banned without refund.
6. Liability
The site is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent allowed by English law we exclude liability for indirect loss, lost profits or user-to-user disputes. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the new version. Questions: Contact.
